C.H.A.N.G.E. Youth Mentorship and Diversion Program
C.H.A.N.G.E. stands for Challenging Historically Accepted Notions for Greater Expectations. It is a trauma-informed, character, leadership, and career development mentorship program designed for youth and early adolescents.

The program supports individuals in building resilience, transitioning into educational or workforce pathways, and fostering personal accountability.
